How HempOS customers pay.

Your deposit to start (two months up front) is paid to begin your plan. Monthly billing is handled separately through Square. Cards are not stored by HempOS — Square handles processing and PCI scope.

Pay Deposit in Full

Split Deposit Payment

50% upfront · 50% end of month · payable before renewal
  • 50% of the deposit to start due upfront to begin onboarding
  • Remaining 50% due at the end of the month
  • Balance can be paid anytime before renewal
  • If unpaid by renewal, HempOS sends a Square invoice due within 14 days
  • HempOS may pause onboarding if payment lapses

Monthly Subscription

Billed monthly through Square · separate from the deposit to start

  • Deposit to start is separate from monthly billing
  • Your deposit to start equals two months, paid up front
  • Service must remain current to keep your subscription active
  • Renews monthly unless canceled under the customer agreement

Processor: All HempOS payments — Planning Calls, deposits to start, monthly billing, and custom invoices — are processed through Square. HempOS does not store card data.

HempOS does not guarantee regulatory outcomes, license approval, inspection results, or legal compliance decisions.

What we do guarantee is that HempOS will give your business a structured system for organizing COAs, product records, supplier documents, licenses, audit packets, QR verification pages, and compliance-related records in one place.

If HempOS fails to provide the onboarding, workspace setup, or record-management tools included in your selected plan, we will work to correct the issue or provide a service credit under our agreement.
